Named for its design, studios SQUARED is a perfect 89’-2” square apartment complex consisting of units that are all 17’-9” square. Each square unit layout is complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and built-in desk. The building is four stories featuring a light well in the center of the building. A large social room is located on the ground floor with natural light coming from skylights from the lightwell above. Other features include secured bicycle storage, minimal amenities for lower cost rent, maximized site use, close proximity to a light rail transit line, and street activation with Live/Work units.
