Line 29 Architecture was created when the founding partners, Jonathan Kland and Eric Hansen, came together with a vision for a new way forward. After 29 years of practice, they drew a line between the stagnation of corporate firm business-as-usual and the dream of collaborative design alongside boutique firm servicing. Together, they are building on decades of experience across the globe to create a unique, client-centered experience.
Eric and Jonathan pride themselves on the delivery of custom design projects that are unique to each client. They believe that getting to know their clients’ needs and wishes, paired with their in-depth knowledge of the industry, allows for the best possible design solutions that exceed their clients expectations.
Line 29 Architecture is proud to be selected as one of Marriott’s Recommended Architects for their Select Service Brands which include the following: AC Hotels, Aloft, Courtyard, Element, Fairfield, Four Points, Moxy, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites. This includes all Prototype, Custom, Co-branded, Renovation, and Conversion type hotels within the brand.
