The Second State Apartments is one of the first projects under Clearfield city’s new Form-Based Code. A required 10-foot step back above Level 4 results in large balconies at the top level of the 4th floor with views of the Wasatch Mountains. Amenities featured are a fitness center, communal outdoor dining patio, secure bike storage, social room, covered parking, and EV charging stations. The building is located on State Street with surface parking located behind the complex.
