At The Fairground Apartments is a five-story building located on a very narrow infill site. This project required the demolition of a single-story storage unit building and redevelopment to meet current zoning standards. It is located directly across from the Utah State Fairgrounds and is in close proximity to the North Temple corridor and light rail transit line. The overall unit layout of this project includes long and narrow parallel studios throughout the building to match the long and narrow shape of the site.
